OCC is a not-for-profit organisation which objective is to enhance the understanding and acceptance of risk linked to capital investments.
We partner with investors focusing on innovation, to whom we propose highly selected opportunities for investment through a contest dedicated to Italian SMEs and Start-ups with new ideas ready to become successful enterprises.

What we propose

We analyse the research and innovation markets, through collaborations with professionals, universities and incubators. We select and evaluate the best Start-ups with an offering in line with the requirements of our partner investors, to whom we present only the best companies.

With our consulting projects we propose strategic solutions which optimise the company evolution, to achieve the main objective of improving business and economic return.

Investiment size

Between 500.000 Euro and 10.000.000 Euro.

How we work

We select start-ups and SMEs and support them in the preparation of Business Cases, Pitch Decks, Executive Summary, Buisiness Plan, Cash Flow, Investment plan, and we propose their project to our Partners Investors, also following the following phases of value generation.

We collaborate with start-ups for the medium-long term and work with the management for the realization of the project.

We do not work on the basis of finder-fees as our added value is in effect part of the growth plan devised by the Start-up.

The members of OCC board receive and valuate projects free-of-charge, hence for this activity no one can request payments in the name and on behalf of OCC and/or Administra Italia.
